Dimitri achieved PADI Junior Master Scuba Diver status at the age of just 14, after passing various written and practical exams as well as logging 50 dives. Master Scuba Diver is the highest level of qualification that exists in recreational diving, and one that less than 2% of divers achieve in their lifetime. Dimitri started scuba diving while in Year 6 at South Farnham and over the past few years has dived in the UK, Greece, Spain, Egypt and Thailand. His sisters Eleni, one of last year's Year 6 pupils, and Jennie, a current Year 6 pupil, are following in his footsteps having recently gained their PADI Open Water Qualification.
