Over 2000 children entered the competition so this is a fantastic achievement. Chloe’s design is displayed on their online gallery at www.rcn.org.uk/christmas. The judging panel was impressed with the skill that went into creating a design almost entirely from glitter, while still including the 100 theme (100 years as the voice of nursing) and they described Chloe as ‘a talented artist’.
