Bromcom
As part of the ongoing effort to improve the information and communication the school provides, we have now changed our management information system (MIS). Our MIS underpins all aspects of the school’s data processing systems. At South Farnham School, the company that we are now using for this new system is called Bromcom.
What is Bromcom?
Bromcom is an advanced MIS that integrates various school management functions, enabling us to efficiently manage student information, attendance, assessments, and communication with parents and guardians. This powerful tool helps us maintain high standards of education and ensures that we can respond promptly to the needs of our students and their families.
My Child at School (MCAS)
MCAS is an app and parent website that allows you, as parents, to access the parent portal linked to Bromcom.
The MCAS app allows you to receive alerts and announcements from the school as well as viewing your child's attendance. In September 2025, we will be launching all booking modules so you will book clubs, dinners and trips through the app.
To login to the MCAS Parent Portal you will be sent an email from no-reply@mychildatschool.com via the email that the school has for you on our system. Please check your junk or spam if you do not receive an email. You will be guided to setup your account via your web browser first. Please remember your password as you will need this when you have installed the App.
